Yoga + Breathwork
Our practices are designed to replenish you as we lean into the expansive and radiant energy of Leo season. Movement will stoke your inner fire while keeping your nervous system nourished. In geodesic indoor dome or under the summer canopy or in the, you’ll cultivate a vibrant, sustainable calm that stays with you long after you leave the retreat. These sessions are a gateway to stillness, through breathwork and intentional movement you will connect to the nature that surrounds you as a guide to reacquaint and celebrate your internal landscape.
Connection with Nature
Located just ten minutes from the Lake Michigan shoreline. This glamping experience immerses you in the rhythm of the Great Lakes summer, from the crisp morning air to the expansive star-filled nights. Every element of the land is leveraged to help you put everything into perspective, feel connected to the earth, and disconnected from the noise of everyday life.
Meditation and Ritual
Step into the transformative energy of Leo season. A fiery period for embracing self-expression, creativity, and leadership. An invitation to lead with the heart and take bold action in life. A time to confront the fears and insecurities that prevent full, radiant self-expression. You will be guided through practices designed to celebrate your most authentic self. Through guided meditations and sacred fire rituals, we gather to honor the light we carry. These moments of ceremony provide a rhythmic anchor to your stay, clearing space to shed the old and bask in the radiant confidence of midsummer.
Seasonal Nourishment
Meals prepared by Anna Jackson are thoughtfully prepared to reflect the abundance of the Michigan harvest, focusing on clean, seasonal ingredients that nourish from the inside out. We believe dining should be an experience, a time to gather, share stories, and savor the flavors of the region without any sense of rush.
Time to Be
We’ve intentionally created space in the schedule for you to slow down and breathe. This is your time to step away from the “always-on” world and settle back into a more natural rhythm with no pressure, no expectations.
