About Sculpt
This format combines yoga with elements from barre, pilates, plyometrics, and functional movement, creating a balanced blend of strength, stability, and mobility work. We incorporate light weights, resistance bands, and other props to both support your alignment and safely challenge your practice. With mindful breathwork woven throughout, every session is designed to leave you feeling strong, grounded, and fully connected to your body.

About Blend

This class blends the fluidity of vinyasa with the intentional pacing of slow burn. We begin with self-led movement to tune in, then transition into guided sequences with long-held postures that ground the body and steady the mind. Expect thoughtful theming, plenty of props, and a strong focus on alignment, all designed to help you feel balanced, supported, and deeply connected.

Private Offerings

Private sessions offer space to slow down, check in, and move with intention. Whether you're just beginning or looking to deepen your practice, these one-on-one sessions are tailored to your unique needs, goals, and curiosities.

A brief 10–15 minute phone consult is required before booking to ensure we're aligned and to discuss what you'd like to explore in your session.
