Rooted in intentional breathwork, my classes support students in cultivating strength, mobility, and resilience, all while honoring the innate wisdom of their own bodies. Guided by a deep passion for anatomy and functional movement, I offer practices that are intentional, expressive, and inclusive, all designed to regulate the nervous system and reconnect you with yourself.

At the heart of my teaching is a simple truth: movement is for every body. And healing, strength, and joy are found through connection to self, to breath, and to one another.

    About Sculpt
    This format combines yoga with elements from barre, pilates, plyometrics, and functional movement, creating a balanced blend of strength, stability, and mobility work. We incorporate light weights, resistance bands, and other props to both support your alignment and safely challenge your practice. With mindful breathwork woven throughout, every session is designed to leave you feeling strong, grounded, and fully connected to your body.

    About Blend

    This class blends the fluidity of vinyasa with the intentional pacing of slow burn. We begin with self-led movement to tune in, then transition into guided sequences with long-held postures that ground the body and steady the mind. Expect thoughtful theming, plenty of props, and a strong focus on alignment, all designed to help you feel balanced, supported, and deeply connected.

  • Private sessions offer space to slow down, check in, and move with intention. Whether you're just beginning or looking to deepen your practice, these one-on-one sessions are tailored to meet your unique needs, goals, and curiosities.
