Rooted in intentional breathwork, alignment, and safety, my classes support students in cultivating strength, mobility, and resilience, all while honoring the innate wisdom of their own bodies. Guided by a deep passion for anatomy and functional movement, I offer practices that are intentional, expressive, and inclusive, all designed to regulate the nervous system and reconnect you with yourself.

At the heart of my teaching is a simple truth: movement is for every body. And healing, strength, and joy are found through connection to self, to breath, and to one another.

    Join Steph Bunno-Faultersack and Tarot Reader, Emily James for a soulful evening beneath the New Moon, a time traditionally associated with introspection, clearing space, and beginning again. This immersive gathering weaves lunar wisdom, intuitive tarot, journaling, breathwork, and deeply restorative yoga to support emotional clarity, self-expression, and heart-centered release.

    Guided by the radiant and visionary energy of the Aquarius New Moon, we’ll begin with an opening circle and new-moon reflection, exploring what is ready to be seen, expressed, and manifested. From there, we’ll settle into a nourishing restorative yoga practice designed to calm the nervous system and invite warmth, softness, and self-compassion during the quiet of winter.

    Each participant will receive a personal tarot experience, using the cards as mirrors for insight, affirmation, and embodied truth, with the option to book a full virtual reading following the event.

    Held in a softly curated space with candlelight, crystals, lunar elements, and warming mocktails, this evening offers a pause to honor your inner fire, rest deeply, and reconnect with what truly lights you up.
